Resolved Question: Eagle Scout Project. Screech Owls and Wood Duck Safety Issues.?

I'm doing and eagle scout project in Knoxville, TN as part of Troop 36 for my Eagle Rank. Part of the project involves cleaning these Screech Owl/ Wood Duck boxes and proposes health risks. The committee has asked me to find either a physician or veterinarian to comment on the sufficiency or insufficiency of the steps I'm taking to ensure the safety of myself, the scouts, and others helping in the project. Please help, I turn 18 on March 24th. I don't have much more time to put up with these delays.
