Resolved Question: Do I have any chance of getting into the university of Tennessee at Knoxville?!?!?

Okay I have been dying to go to utk sense forever! But my gpa is only a 3.4 and I have taken the ACT once with a 20. But I am planning on taking it a much as I can. I'm only a junior in high school and it's a pretty tough high school. I have taken 4 honors classes do far. I have cheered varsit cheer leading for 3 years and going to be doing it next. I have 100+ community service hours. I am dual enrolling for an English class next year. I do have a job and I live in state. I also am in 3 clubs at school. Does anyone think there is a chance?
